On Tuesday I received the phone call that was to let me know that I was accepted and to book my flights and hotel. I will be receiving my course materials today to start studying now so that when I get there it's easy to step right into the intensive course. I already have a client who wants me to call them when I get back to work on their dog. My vet was also excited about the Canine portion!
I will be flying to Virginia on December 12th, and back to Boise on December 18th. I have 2 friends that are very serious about joining me on this quest and doing it side by side. I am happy because I think they'd both be good at it and splitting a hotel room 3 ways is going to save me a HUGE chunk of money!
I am working on my 2 OSU courses this term and feeling pretty good about them. I am in the schedule now and it's easy to live by. Every weekend I give lessons both Saturday and Sunday mornings (to accommodate their work, school and spiritual lives), but it's ok by me as it's not like I work Monday through Friday and then have to get up and work weekends too.
I will be going to Corvallis for OSU's Dad's Weekend and the football game over my birthday weekend and then to The Dalles for Thanksgiving. Then Back to OSU for the Civil War game on December 4th. Then 2 weeks later of to Virginia. Busy Busy end of the year for me, but that's the way I like my life. Busy!
